What does the role actually involve? What kind of tasks will you be working on? How will you develop over the months?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Doua spent a year gaining this experience at Digital Novva Partners as part of her <strong>marketing and communications apprenticeship<\/strong>. In this interview, she looks back on her journey, the skills she developed, and the projects that shaped her first <strong>professional experience<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A first apprenticeship to discover the world of marketing and communications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Like many students, Doua started her first <strong>marketing and communications apprenticeship<\/strong> with enthusiasm, but also with plenty of questions. Above all, she wanted to discover how a company operates and gain a practical understanding of careers in marketing and communications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">\u201c<em>Above all, I wanted to learn, understand how a company works and discover what working in marketing and communications is really like.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Over the months, this first experience gave her the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and gain a better understanding of the role of <strong>digital marketing<\/strong> in a company\u2019s development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This <strong>variety of tasks<\/strong> allowed her to gradually develop her skills while discovering the different aspects of working in communications. She also worked closely with the teams and regularly spoke with experts across the company to better understand their challenges and showcase their expertise through the content she produced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This&nbsp;<strong>diversit\u00e9 de missions<\/strong>&nbsp;lui a permis de d\u00e9velopper progressivement ses comp\u00e9tences, tout en d\u00e9couvrant les diff\u00e9rentes facettes des m\u00e9tiers de la communication. Elle a \u00e9galement pu travailler en \u00e9troite collaboration avec les \u00e9quipes et \u00e9changer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement avec les experts de l\u2019entreprise pour mieux comprendre leurs enjeux et valoriser leur expertise \u00e0 travers les contenus produits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A year to build confidence and autonomy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">Throughout her <strong>apprenticeship<\/strong>, Doua gradually became more independent. As with any first professional experience, she initially had to find her feet, understand working methods, and learn how to manage several tasks at the same time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">\u201c<em>Today, I\u2019m much more independent and organised. I\u2019ve learnt how to manage several projects at the same time and, above all, how to anticipate priorities.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This development came gradually through the projects she worked on. As she took on more responsibility, she learnt how to organise her workload more effectively, manage priorities, and work more independently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Writing blog articles was one of the assignments she particularly enjoyed. She appreciated being involved in the entire process: interviewing Digital Novva Partners\u2019 experts, turning their knowledge into accessible content, optimising articles for SEO, and following them through to publication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">\u201c<em>It\u2019s the project I enjoyed the most. I love the whole process: interviewing experts, turning their ideas into articles, working on SEO, and seeing the final result published. It\u2019s a project where I can be both creative and strategic.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Doua takes away from her experience at Digital Novva Partners<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After a year as an apprentice, Doua leaves with far more than just new skills. The experience helped her build confidence, gain a better understanding of the realities of the professional world and confirm her interest in marketing and communications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">\u201c<em>I\u2019m leaving with much more than just professional experience. This apprenticeship has helped me grow, build my confidence and become more independent in the way I work.<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Beyond the responsibilities she was given, she also highlights the importance of the support she received throughout her journey. Being able to ask questions, receive advice, and develop through each project played an important role in her process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c<em>\u201c<em>Being well supported throughout the year really helped me progress and better understand my responsibilities.<\/em>\u201d<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finally, she will remember the people she met, the conversations she had and the projects that shaped her year. It was an experience that has made her want to keep learning, continue developing her skills, and take on new challenges as she moves forward in her career.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Conclusion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\">An <strong>apprenticeship<\/strong> offers the opportunity to gain much more than technical knowledge.
