IT Modernization of a Government Entity

Context

As part of an IT outsourcing contract, the municipality of Bonneuil-en-France has undertaken a comprehensive modernization of its information system in order to improve security, performance and IT governance.

Objectives

The objective was to support the municipality in modernizing its IT environment in order to provide staff with a reliable, secure system adapted to the requirements of public service.

IT Project Manager

He oversaw the overall management of the modernization program, coordinated the technical teams and stakeholders within the community, monitored deadlines and budget, and ensured the project's alignment with public service objectives.

Systems & Desktop Engineer

He oversaw the standardization of workstations, the migration to Microsoft 365, the deployment of new environments, and the securing of the IT infrastructure, while ensuring the stability of the infrastructure.

User Support - Coordinator

He structured the dedicated 5/7 service desk, organized incident management, and led the change management process, particularly through user training on Microsoft 365, to ensure effective adoption of the new tools and a gradual skills development of agents.
